ZGT Series High Gradient Magnetic Separator

Zenith ZGT Series High Gradient Magnetic Separator for better utilization of comprehensive strength, including magnetic, pulsating fluid and the gravity separation work. ZGT series high gradient magnetic separator is mainly used for weak magnetic mineral separation, such as hematite, manganese ore, ilmenite, wolframite ore niobium and tantalum and purifying iron or non-metallic materials, such as quartz, feldspar, Xia Shi, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin.

Technical features and advantages

  • 1. The ring is rotated vertically and concentrates are washed reversely, so magnetic medium will not be blocked easily;
  • 2. Slurry pulsating devices keep ore particles loose all the time, thus improving quality of magnetic concentrates;
  • 3. Their separation size range is large and the max separation size is2.0mm. Therefore, it simplifies classification work at working sites;
  • 4. High beneficiation ratio and high recovery rate; Simple operation and easy maintenance with good adaptability.
